In the first video the Second Doctor Regenerates, Patrick Troughton passing the Doctor Who torch to Jon Pertwee, and in the second video the Third Doctor Regenerates, the Doctor going being passed from Jon Pertwee to Tom Baker in the epiosde Planet of the Spiders.
Those regeneration were beyond many Doctor Who current fans, but I hope that if you are one of them you'll watch all available Doctor Who old series (many of their episodes are lost for the moment).
